Indoor Air Quality has become a serious concern in residential homes. Dust, mold, and bacteria in your family's air ducts can cause or exacerbate colds, allergies, asthma, or other upper respiratory illnesses. Cleaning the Air Ducts helps to reduce these symptoms and provide everyone in your home a cleaner and safer environment.

Why should I clean my air ducts?
Heating and Air Conditioning Systems have been shown to be a source of a variety of contaminants that have the potential to affect your health. These contaminants include such things as mold, fungi, bacteria, pet dander and dust. The removal of these contaminants from the system should be considered a major part of your overall plan to improve indoor air quality and ensure the safety of your family, employees, or customers.
How often should I clean my air ducts?
The frequency of duct cleaning depends on several factors, smokers or pets in the home, water contamination, residents with allergies or asthma, after renovations or prior to moving into a new home all are factors in determining when and how often a Heating and Air Conditioning system should be cleaned. Our general rule of thumb is an air duct system could be cleaned as often as every two years but no more than five years should elapse between cleanings.
How do you clean a residential air duct system or central air system?
We have truck mounted and portable vacuums. These vacuums place the system under negative air pressure. We then use dislodging equipment to knock loose the dust, dirt, and debris from the duct walls. Once the debris is airborne, the vacuum is able to remove it. Our cleaning includes the entire Air Handling System.
