Certified HVAC Ventilation Inspectors (CVI) undergo training based on the Environmental Protection Agency's I-BEAM program, a structured method of doing inspections, in compliance with NADCA's standards. The examination covers applicable building, standards and codes, maintenance and housekeeping programs, diagnosing problems and reporting findings. |

Ventilation System Mold Remediators (VSMR) undergo training and an examination that ensures an understanding of basic microbiological contamination, project assessment, as well as both NADCA and other industry standards.
